Bottom Teeth look like Baby Teeth

My upper teeth are pretty developed, they dont look amazing but its fine enough. But my bottom teeth are absolutely horrid, it looks like it belongs on a 12 year old.

The bottom part looks the image above.

What does this mean, does it have anything to do with puberty/growth or just shit teeth in general?
