Bought a mouthguard, but kinda disappointed

Bought a mouthguard because i clench and grind my teeth in my sleep

I get youre supposed to boil and mold it but its kinda disappointing how small these are naturally

Like i can put this whole mouthguard on my palate and it barely touch my teeth and this is an adult sized guard

Just thought it was funny, ima boil and mold it now

Yeah I had one of those gum sheilds and they are just so anoying, like how do dentists think we can go to sleep using them?
