That's AROMAMED 25mg exemestane from DeusMedical.

It's legit exemestane, the active substance that inhibits the aromatase enzyme (the same as in aromasin).

In theory, the only difference is the Branding.
But in reality, the purity is worse and the ingredients are generally of poorer quality. The whole manufacturing process is worse actually.

I took both aromasin and aromamed. I can tell you to try to get legit pharma aromasin after you use your aromamed for now, it's ok.
Your aromamed is probably underdosed, which is why you can calculate +5mg if you want to achieve a certain dosage, i.e. take 16-20mg for 12.5mg.

I don't need to lower my estrogen and my hgh levels any further because there is no PAH increase. I don't think anyone needs letrozole, my starting levels are 20 22 and with half a tablet it gets me down to 8. Why are you pushing yourself to make 3 pg/ml? The only reward will be that you feel like shit. You are confusing yourself with patients whose estrogen level has been 5 pg/ml since birth
