this only applies to fetal/postnatal deficiencies.

Although true, but very limited and subtle cognitive impacts for children.

And no impact at all for adults. Unless we are discussing long term macro/micronutrient deficiencies which brings cognitive decline earlier, but in no way does it decline then and there, nor have any impact on IQ
