There is no way to guarantee you hit the exact plane and spot of the filler , i dissolved in the past and i could only target it through ultra sound guided hyaluronidase, it's not that simple

If you inject deep you can't see it , superficially ye it can be possible to see it by naked eye but you should never inject superficially in first place

Ye online pharmacy, some don't ask any documents and you can just order like this in europe, no it's not permanent theoretically but can last ages depending on the product
