Bought GNC creatine , what benefits can i expect and how long will it take to show?

I have descended yet again after achieving my peak look in late sept/early oct

I am determined to ascend again, and fight acne and bad skin overall get a glow etc and get lean and muscular

What will it do and how long will it take to see results
Next I am going to buy protect whey to increase strength

How did you ascend for like 3 weeks and then descend again? Whatever, creatine increases muscle mass and strength. It won't be monumentally noticeable but it's easily the best legal supplement. btw in the future, you don't have to spend your money on premium brand creatine. Any creatine monohydrate will work. gl on ascending or whatever bro

I been rotting too long
Until I started gym maxxing in mid/late of this year
Now I wanna ascend and only come here to show progress and get ratings
And then delete my account

I think I have autoimmune diseases
I got licenoid reaction on scalo, causing a bald spot and acne breakout and oral sours very painful and digestion vommitings

So i get fat very easily bcoz I think my body is attacking my own protein

I did hardcore gym , that's why I achieved my peak for a week or two days
