It's been a long time since I ate this expensive fish ngl.

Any ideas on how I should cook it ?

I usually marinade it with salt, pepper, turmeric etc.

But this time i'm simply thinking of pan frying it with olive oil and some salt on top.

Anything you can suggest me?

No face for the salmon tbh

It's just fillets.

Any ideas, greycel?

How do you cook it, man?
Do what you mentioned, or use some paprika

Is your salmon very salty when you eat it? Mine is. How do I fix that

Simply fry in a pan and add some salt, pepper, rosemary and a few drops of fresh lemon afterwards

You can fry without oil if you use water and a non-stick coated frying pan

In the US it is one of the cheaper fishes, at least the farmed stuff from Norway, about $11/lb. Wild caught Alaskan salmon is expensive, about $25/lb. I actually prefer taste of the farmed Norway salmon.

I make a mix of lemon juice and garlic and put that on my salmon. I also add a little salt and a little pepper to it and after that I put sliced lemon pieces on top of it and then cook it in the oven.
