When I was 15, I had just started working out and my only motive at the time was to get abs. I was easily under 10%bf after 6 months of eating close to nothing. That was also coincidentally the period where I got the most compliments from women at the time for "how veiny and sexy" my arms were.
But obviously I was severely unhealthy so I started to bulk next year and guess what? ZERO compliments. In fact, girls told me I wouldn't look too good if I bulked a lot since I am short (5'5).

Gym is good but has big diminishing
