I'm 5'9 and 26 yo, I got bow legs since I remember, I am considering fix them to gain some height and improve my legs looking too.

Is going into a surgery same as LL? same pain, cost and complications?

Also, How much would it add to my height in all seriousness? considering that my bow legs isn't that bad

Lastly, any heightmaxxing plan to get that 5'11 or 6ft? I have a bad posture (anterior pelvic tilt and Upper Crossed Syndrome).

P.S: I am doing workout and hang dead)

Thanks

If it's not that bad, your better off spending, investing, or saving that money instead of getting painful surgery.

Bow leg surgery is apparently pretty mild and you can start walking almost instantly, perhaps u could gain 1 or 2 inches of height

i just looked it up, it's not uncommon to get bow leg correction + LL at the same time. so insurance might pay a portion of it then. life fuel for my manlet bowlegged ass. hopium overdosing atm

whats up my fellow friend. im getting that surgery in the autumn. So my surgeon said that the recovery for each leg is one month. and i will do one leg at a time. after one month u can walk on it carefully. but after that u CANNOT do any high intesity training for up to a year. he said the pain is kind of bad in the beginning but goes away after a few days. it doesnt addd THAT much to height. i have a decent amount of bowleggedness. i am 174cm tall and it will make me about 175-176. it cannot be predicted to 100%, but he told me i will 100% become taller. Even if its slight. SO bacicly. 5 days in hospital after each surgery. One month recovery per leg and then up to a year with no high intensive training.
