I've been playing bowling for around 2 years and i average 120-130
Pretty bad for 2 years, i know.
I developed a hand position to throw the balls and apparently it was holding me back so im going back to defaults.
I wanted to ask if any of you have any advice for bowling? Could be a strategy you developed to throw or whatever

drag the ball all the way as long as you can and stay low for more precision
