I wanted to get some honest opinions from people with trained eyes.
I boxed for 14 years at the highest level and I’ve been wondering if it may have negatively imparted changes to my facial structure over time. Nothing dramatic happened in one moment, but I’m curious whether repeated impact could’ve subtly altered things like symmetry, jaw position, or overall harmony.
My face feels a bit more… complex now, and I can’t tell if that’s just natural development or something boxing contributed to.
For those with experience or knowledge in this area —
do you think boxing can realistically affect facial aesthetics long-term, or am I overthinking normal changes?
Appreciate any insight
