I'm pretty sure it will diminsh your bone structure even if marginally. Take up swimming tbh.

it won't deform your facial structure. The biggest issue with boxing is brain damage but ig as most users here you don't care about state of your brain (anyway it's useless for most tbh). If you do then quit boxing and start swimming.
