I descended in mid 20's due to depression, put on weight, lost hair, real fell bad.

Now Im losing weight, lost a big belly, hair is growing back, skin is glowing.
Also own my own place and close to financial freedom, also getting out of depression
and getting back my mental health.

PS I did nofap for 10 days and my anxiety and depression cleared up considerably. I felt
way better, more happy, more calm, confident etc.
