The side I sleep on is wider and more defined for some reason.

The side I sleep on is wider and more defined for some reason.

I slept on my right side more, making it shorter and wider. I believe it's because when I lay on one side, it causes me to clench slightly on that side but not the other side. Are you inclined to clench on the side that you lay on while you are sleeping? Also did you chew predominantly on the same side which you slept on?
