Bp has actually increased my confidence despite being ugly

I think the difference was that I was already feeling the negative effects of Bp before discovering it, whereas now atleast I can look at htns as having flaws

For me, it did not effect me to much, It made me think about my face and how ugly I am, but it actually made me take care of myself and i can see improvements because of this
