what the title says but to explain further…. I now think of all relationships and bonds that are romantic with women to be considered temporary or a result of an external factor rather than just me as a person… it’s hard to believe in love when you know she’s with you due to certain traits you have and if it wasn’t for that, she wouldn’t even be paying attention to you… everything seems transactional now and it’s made me jaded and not as trusting as I use to be idk

Isn't that how it always was? You shouldn't care about this, it literally doesn't matter if you don't pay attention to it.

It's just how the world operates - you pick out groceries based off of which looks tastier, you pick fruits based off of which looks better and healthier. Romantic intrests work in the same way.

You only really know how something tastes once you bite into it. That's where your personality and who you are come into play, it's the most important part of LTRs
