saw some dude on TikTok yapping about getting laughed at by a girl at a train station, post got abt 4k+ likes, two days later i see him in my town center.

dude was ugly as shit tbh and hes like 5'4

but why is it that i'm seeing these fucking tiktokcels in real life?? (this isn't the first time, i think i saw that tylergif dude too at a station when i got lost in london a few months back)
