BPC-157 and/or Tb-500

last year i js fucked up my ankle, grade 3 sprain and ts never healed
i do a lil research abt these bpc-157 and tb-500 for tendon repair
can some1 give his opinion abt this i want fast recovery of this shit

Combine the best of both worlds and inject/take both. Otherwise BPC-157 is by far the most used in that case.

i did a lil research and all i see is that locally inject would be so much better but idk bc the injury is in my ankle
