My ankle region and my shoulders have always hurt like a mf and Im curious if anyone has taken it and whether its actually helped , since shitty uk GP and physios cant help for shit so I was curious whether it would benefit me in any way.

500mcg both for gym recovery works fine for me rn imo

I did a lot of research behind it because it coul have been useful for my shoulder iinjury. But after being properly educated about it my shoulder injury was pretty much gone.

But my conclusion is that it will probably help, so I would take it and Im going to the next time I get an injury

I plan on getting another visit by the physio and try get an MRI impossible in the uk cuz xrays didnt show shit , but if they are retarded with it ill cop should i buy only bpc or both?
