Bpc-157 and TB500 dosage

I know there have been other people to ask before me about this but i couldnt really find exact and consistent answers. I have trohlear displasya which basically fucks up my knees and causes irritation. Ive been having issues performance wise in the gym and it has been giving me many other problems.Surgery isnt an option until im atleast 20. Ive been considering this stack of peptides (Bpc157 and TB500) as ive heard they are great for recovery and angiogenesis.
Im 6 foot tall weight is 190 lbs(about 20%bf) and i want to know the recomended dosage, the way i should dose it(concetration, if i need to use bacteriostatic water and what concentration/ blend). Im not rly familiar with pinning so i dont know how it works thats why im asking.

Ive also heard tb 500 could increase cancer risk because of the angiogenesis. Could anyone back this up?

500 mcg BPC 2 times daily. 2.5-5 mg TB500 twice a week. it does theoretically promote angiogenesis, no humans studies to back it with cancer tho

Isnt 500 to much? A pharmacology site recomended 1.6 mcg per lb so at my weight 300 mcg would be recomended? Im just asking cuz im unsure. Regardless thanks
