BPC-157 Hurting my knee?

Currently on BPC-157 dietary supplemant (planning on using injectable soon)

But I noticed that whenever I take it, especially after being off it for a while, it causes me to feel like a really big pinch in my knee preventing me from bending and straightening it fully. I'm already suffering from a slight meniscus tear and inflammation in the knee but its almost as if the bpc is enhancing the pain? Shouldn't it be doing the opposite?

Doesn't sound like a known issue on BPC-157, you most likely got a fake product, or have a medical issue/condition.
