BPC-157 injection in knee

So i just ordered BPC-157 and what I have read. And It only works locally that’s what I’ve heard. So I’m going to be injecting it into my knee but i can’t find any good guides on how to do it. Anyone with experience or a link would help.

You do not have to inject it in locally, just do subq (in the belly fat)
