i am playing around the idea of doing jaw surgery in my head

so here is the thing i read on google that infections happen because bone has low blood flow and therefore the white blood cells are not able to reach the bacteria. but these peptides do exactly that they do blood vessel formation. someone tell me if they have tried it. basically injecting these right after surgery? what will happen? why wont it work?
