and the first child (who was already young)

seems far fetched that just convincing parents would dramatically improve dental stuff though... you know kids teeth gotta take their lumps too at some point regardless of discipline right? and sure mewing can help jawline ... a bit but not like a total jaw reconstruction from training. dentists probably dont need to be "scared straight" they are professionals with legit degrees afterall.
