the back part of my maxilla is lower than the part on the incisors (thats because I halfmewed btw) So I thought If I chew on that redcircle I drew there I could fix my maxilla issue. Would that make sense?

i don’t think it’s skeletal if you have a habit of making contact with your incisors with your tongue, it might of caused skeletal change overtime but it is probably just dental

Doubt it, even if it did there won't be any significant changes. According to Wolford, ideal occlusal plane angle is anywhere between 4-12 degrees. Yours look close to 0 or even slightly negative

Can't remember how you exactly look from the front, but it may appear longish due to the lack of mandible height.
