Braces and Surgery

I am getting an upper jaw surgery for my flat maxilla underbite and narrow palate (through insurance) and my gonial angle is pretty bad. Will the maxillary advancement+expansion change the look of my gonial angle in any way? ofc i know it wont change at all but will it appear that it has improved? OR AM I COPING JFL

Only if they downgraft or CW rotate the maxilla.
