Braces bands

I’ve had braces for about a year and a half and I have had to wear bands for 6 months now. I wear them pretty consistently and have been given praise from my orthodontist for wearing them alot but since I started wearing them I started seeing my teeth shifting and becoming straighter but my jawline became less defined. Should I continue to wear my bands??

just wear them g they wont make you recessed the jawline shit is prolly bloating or high bf% braces are great for ascending
