i’ve had braces for around 2 years already but need to keep them on for another 2 because my dumb ortho decides to have appointments every two months instead of monthly so the process is twice as long as avg. anyways, i also had bite blocks on my top back molars for over a year and currently have class ii elastics. i’ve done some research on both and found out that they do cause downward, clockwise rotation and recession of the maxilla. on top of that, im asian so my maxilla’s naturally flat. is it over?
