Braces/invisalign before Le Fort 2 osteotomy

Ive decided im going to start saving for hardmaxxes dream scenario my mid face retrusion is bad enough that im able to get a le fort 2 from Lacoms and get infra orbital implants with lower eye lid retraction and canthoplasty afterwards my question is if i should cancel my braces appointment and just wait for jaw surgery have a under bite and alot of crossbite

Give us a few more stats. Underbite in mm, type of LeFort 2 cut etc…

Surgeons are unlikely to offer you anything more than an LF1 unless you can fork out 100K probably.

LF2 isn’t jaw surgery. It’s midfacial surgery at that point. Different animal.

Nose breathing has always felt like i have a cold and my voice has always been very nasaly im going to bring this up when i get my xrays for invisalign if i cant get it in the states i will go to turkey in a few years when i have the bread literally have the same sub human side profile tho so maybe my ortho will hook me up
