Braces made me pretty much subhuman

Got braces recently for my ortho before bimax. I will have these probably for 1.5-2 years. My already recessed jaw got worse and I just dont want to go to public or school anymore now im definitely a sub5. How to cope during the wait?

The teeth now rest further back on the lower jaw to clarify what I mean
