braces on upper teeth only confirmed

my wisdom teeth haven't come up and some other ortho suggested extractions, but apparently after a few months i dont need them anymore?

new ortho said to just put braces on upper teeth(apparently push them back extremely little) and leave the bottom teeth as they are


let me see if i descend or ascend in a year?
