Braces removed

I js removed my braces and its so fucking over, i had the impression that i had a 8 teeth smile before when my braces were still on but now that I removed them i got a fucking 6 teeth smile

if u did ur braces made ur palate narrower

Yes when i was 12-13 and clueless i just went with what the dentist said i regret it tho

Yeah i took a break from hydrogen peroxide bc i got a bad burn from it im gonna start using it again this summer

there fine don't worry brah js do what that guy said and whiten them using some whitening strips. there good make sure u wear ur retainer and obviously having those black spots on each side is not ideal no shit but its not that bad and if ur not LTN it won't matter ppl dont smile that much anyway

Im a certified hltn but i plan on applying for a palate expander (marpe or mse idk) and changing a few things
