BRACES/RUBBER BANDS

so i’ve had braces before and a palette expander and it ascended me. i’ve had braces put on again and I have something called a ‘deep bite’ they’ve put rubber bands on my top and bottom teeth will this cook me? if it’ll cook me what’s the alternative please help

i don't think so rubber bands can retract your maxilla after getting MSE. It might be for teeth adjustment. Ask your orthodontist though
