Hello guys I’m currently 19 yrs old I’ve got a pretty narrow palate as you can see in attached images and I’m just tryna get advice regarding how to fix my crowded teeth. My goal is to fix my crowded teeth along with improving the amount of teeth that show in my front face on smile however I don’t want to get marpe or any palateexpander and just will opt into either braces or Invisalign I’m wondering if Damon braces will do that, also my orthodontist wants to extract my wisdom teeth pre braces just in case they erupt while having braces but honestly they don’t hurt or anything and they r hiting a nerve so I’d rather not. What do you guys think? Thanks
