Had an appointment for my braces on 31st july
They had discussed two upper premilar extractions to fit braces due to my overjet. They needed verbal constant but due to the extractions followed by braces to push back my teeth causing recession which I said no to and now they have cancellled my appointment. I need a little help on what to get to avoid any extractions. I’m thinking off expander plus braces and elastics if possible

You need headgear to pull the base (jaw) to where the overjet ends. Some type of bite block to make the lower jaw come forward.
