Look for a qualified airway orthodontist and delve into their experience and craft as some use it as a marketing tactic

You most likely need some form of expansion to get your jaw aligned with your palate along with some form of pulling the lower jaw forward after
This is what my dentist is doing and I am in a very similar situation to you
