I don’t know why people think he is a god or not human.

He obviously does care about his looks and has to maintain his looks like eveyone else. Fin and Dut are popped like sugar pills in hollywood, surgery is the norm etc. He, or anyone else, just doesn’t go talking about any of it to make it seem like it’s all genetics and to keep up the illusion. I don’t go publicising my drug usage either, why should they?
