Make sure you’ve finished puberty; puberty typically naturally squares your face out to a degree.
Make sure you don’t have dental issues (poorly-aligned teeth) causing your face to look rounder than it is.
Make sure you aren’t dealing with bloating or excess facial fat either.
If it really is your bone structure, then synthetic HGH can increase bone mass even into adulthood; it’s cheaper than surgery, but it’s a risk; look into acromegaly.
If all else fails, then filler and surgery are options. I wouldn’t personally recommend filler because it migrates; surgery is better long-term.

I am currently on the waiting list for braces i wil het them at 16 so for now i should only be focussing on losing body fat and trying to keep my growth hormonen steady like HGH and testosteron?
