I've been bonesmashing for like two months (not a lot Ik) and I didn't have any side effects

In zygos I think it's stupid as it has so many nerves, it can potentially leave you blind. Specific areas on chin doesn't have that much nerves thus safer. I generally do chin, my zygoes are huge so didn't try there.
