Brain fog on a cut

currently on a extreme calorie deficit (eating in 500 deficit with cardio included) I have recently been dealing with a lot of brain fog, but I also do nic n sometimes dable in weed, could the diet be the cause? im sitting at around 11-12 percent bf

Diet could be the cause if youre not getting all your macros in, but also the nic and weed could mess with your brain too
