im curruntly taking for sleep and brain
magnesium 350mg
5mg(10mg soon) melatonin
omega 3 fish oil 3g
4000 iu vit D3 and 45mg K2

Is there anything i should revove/add?

Brob going to add
10g creatine
500mg gaba
