Is Braindamge a risk i should be concerned about from bonesmashing i've been bsing my zygos and my chin but i really cant risk any form of braindamage because i have a really prosperous future ahead of me as im quite smart im not tryna fuck up my brain, so is braindamge an actual potential risk which may happen to me

braindamage happens basically when your brain shakes when its dry u can prevent it by hydrating yourself so just drink a lot of water but i dont think u can get it form bonesmashing zygos alone

U can never know about braindamage,it only visible after death,like even worldwide champions doesn’t know about their braindamages
But if you want to safe bsing just don’t hit urself too hard(like it is not even needed for bsing but you still gotta know)
