Brainlet megadoses 50g Creatine

I went back to the gym today post lockdowns, and met a new brainlet X framelet making his shake by the water fountain.

Fool put 10scoops if creatine in, and they looked similar to mine, which are 5g each.

I normally take 5g a day, but for this week will be loading up on 20g as I not taken for 12 weeks.

The brainlet said he takes this everyday, and has been for nearly a year!!!

Do any .me users have experienced of taking hyperdoses of creatine, and did it do anything except flood your liver and kidneys with creatinine??
