Idk how many brain related threads get posted on this other than people talking about being mentally ill but check this out.. Most nootropics online are garbage. A drug called “Cerebrolysin” is something completely different. It’s mixture of peptides derived from pig brains that you inject. The peptides create a neurogenesis in your brain which is the creation of new brain cells. Various studies have been done on this and I saw a video of a man who used himself as a “lab rat” and injected himself with it. He claims the neurogenesis was strong enough that his vision gets blurred for a bit after injection. Look it up if you are interested.

Neurogenesis is not unequivocally a good thing. Synaptic pruning gets ramped up after 5 yo for a reason. Creating new neurons the brain cannot sustain is useless. Rather, its better to make the brain efficient in glutamate signalling and creating matrices involved in task switching, dexterity, skills etc.
