Brainmaxxing strategy to reverse brain damage caused through major depression

ayo, as some of you may or may not know i went through a pretty traumatic looksmaxxing surgery that ended me up with subpar results (my rant is on profile) , now i would say that i am quite an emotionally resilient person but this and a bunch of other factors put me into a serious depressive episode for the past 10 months with daily suicidal ideations, as a result, i pretty much failed my first year at uni (not gonna say which one but its a top 3 london uni for CS which is what I'm studying).
Now i still ruminate now and then about this situation i put myself in like what i could have done differently, whether i could fix what's been done and if its even worth putting myself through that mental hardship again so easier to rope etc etc.
but overall i went from a non-functioning depressive to a functioning depressive, however academically the damage has been done so not only will i have to catch up but i do seriously fear that i may have done actual damage to my brains hippocampus as my memory has turned to absolute shit, knowing this i've decided that for me to have any chance to recover in university while also repairing the literal brain damage i've self-inflicted i would have to take some extracurricular measures.

PLAN:
now let me tell you guys this i debated for a while what i should do for my plan, initially it was going to an ssri and maybe modafinil but the former has sexual/bone sides while needing 6 months to feel affects and the latter is cope so i researched for a while and found my two main compounds that will help with both my rumination and studying capabilities

1)Cerebrolysin at 10ml every 3 days for 15 days then switching into a maintenance dose of either 5ml once a week or 2ml twice a week (injecting into glutes and delts)

2)Adderall at a dose of 7.5mg 3-4 days a week but only during 6+ hours studying session

3) daily meditation either with binaural beats or silent ( no guided shit ) for 20min a day minimum working up to 45-60 min long

4)To make the Adderall work as effectively as possible i've decided to quit porn, limit my gaming to 2 hours a day and avoid sugar all in an attempt to increase dopamine sensitivity


the two main substances i've mentioned are 100% the best "obtainable" tools for neurogenesis while also heavily aiding in brain recovery i plan to try and chronicle my experiences every 2 weeks of how effectively this study stack works for me if anyone here is interested.

i used to mediate daily for 30min everyday and maintained it for a month and felt a huge difference especially in my perception of myself and reality, meditation is by far the best activity next to sleep for brain health, medically it has been proven to desensitize the amygdala and improve memory tremendously

Not sure what your problems are but perhaps sr9011 or sr9009 could be added aswell. Sr9011 resets the cardiac rhythm and works against anaxiety as good as benzos. Perhaps it also boosts the brain?

the thing is that my anxiety is not idiopathic I've been referred to a therapist for BDD (shitty nhs so may take years) and may have some underlying minor OCD disorder due to my intrusive thinking but a year ago i didn't suffer from real anxiety in the sense that my heart rate would elevate, start sweating etc it was more of a constant mental uneasiness, i actually have sort of given myself an anxiety disorder but its more due to me not wanting to go outside and limiting my contact with other people apart from the ones I live with to the point I'm constantly uncomfortable in public

So would meditating improve my performance in school?

btw if you don't have an addictive personality i recommend using phenibut, that was a really fun drug to try and you can use it as needed.

Yeah using it. I am kinda jn the same boat. Overanalyzing stuff and got some anaxiety. Phenibut helps. Recently started taking it. Just have to be carefull not to use it to often.

i liked ashwagandha but it wasn't as dramatic as phenibut was.
mk677 was good as well but be careful about insulin sensitivity especially if you have diabetic family members i bought a glucose testing machine while i was on it to make sure i was in the healthy range most-ish of the time

taking noopept, semax, mk 667, phenibut on occasion and ashwagandha

Nice, I'm doing a similar strategy. 15 mg Ritalin twice per day, 5 days a week + 10 mg Noopept sublingually every day.

OP great to see Cerebrolysin; how much do you plan to inject at once into shoulders and glutes?

Are there also areas that are better suited for this even, such as the dorso-gluteal, or ventro-gluteal area?

i meant to say ventro-glutreal when i said glutes, i plan to do ventro-gluteral on both sides like maybe 3ml each side then 1.5-2ml for delts to get to 10ml for weekly i'll stick to ventro gluteral injections after that for the maintenance
i've never done steroids or any IM injection before so don't want to inject anywhere that has a lot of nerve ending like traps, quads etc until i know what im doing
shoulders are the most common injection site for stuff like vaccines so im sure they are safe but they just can't hold onto that much fluid
 
exercise and fast to stimulate bdnf , leading to neurogenesis.

What is this bullshit?

1. Sleep well. Sleep as long as you need.

2. Exercise. Aerobic exercises for 30 minutes or more at least 3 times a week. The more the better. Lifting might be good too, but there is there isn't much evidence about lifting and brains. There is a lot of evidence about the benefits of aerobic exercise for the brain. Aerobic for brains, lifting for looks.

3. Eat healthy food. Don't eat too much. Don't eat too little.

i may not be incel but due to my conditioning from a young age i do not have the social freedom to just live life like that, i wanted to get all my inhibitions out of the way before i pursue that sorta stuff but now i've hit a roadblock so gonna have to take a while longer.
also, i don't care about girls or anything they could offer me, all the stuff i put myself through is to appease my own inner critic

I read your thread about the failed surgery and man that was crushing to hear. I am so sorry that happened to you man.
I also have a slightly M shaled, high hairline since birth and thus a large forehead that makes me insecure. Hair transplant to lower hairline has always been in my late term looksmaxing plans but now I’m heavily considering just keeping covering up my forehead with hair.

i got mine from cosmic nootropic i think rupharma is also a good site to get it, funny enough cerebrolysin is given for head injury.
im sorry to hear about your collision, i know how bad head trauma can be from some of my close friends i wish you the best

Injected 5ml into each ventro glute with cerebro, felt a headrush after first injection but nothing after second, small needle so no blood and minimal discomfort went to sleep normally and woke up in normal time didnt feel anything different in the morning and thought nothing happened, slept in a little played some vidya than went to my university library around 8pm to study.
usually i would get sidetracked constantly and lose focus but this time i noticed i could actually maintain my focus for longer without ant breaks and minimal ruminations, whereas before i would get stuck in my head for hours straight.
stayed till around 12:30am being the most productive i have been in probably a year.

the affects arent all that in your face as of just now, honestly its very mute and it could also be a placebo but will continue experiment.
im still waiting for the other "supplements" to arrive in my mail but will continue the Cerebro

Good to hear it works. About the dose, isn't 5ml the high end used by people who have brain damage? Perhaps lower the dose. I can image the stuff is also addictive. Not because the product itself is addictive, but because of the improvement in life in general.

I'm doing Cerebrolysin right now, but I fucked up I think, like I transferred a whole 20ml ampule into an empty tub, for use for injection, but now it's been like a week at room temperature in the tub, and the smell of the Cerebrolysin is quite terrible, to tell the truth.

dont leave it in the air it will go bad in like an hour, if you break the glass you have to use all of it or the rest goes into the trash

as for addiction, i didn't get any euphoria so far but if the result isn't placebo then there is a definite improvement to quality of life but i don't have an addictive personality and can drop habits without much issue.
i researched more on cerebro and found that your body will begin to make antibodies to it after a while and it can lose its potency so i plan to cycle it and will take a break after 45 days, i think for this reason it can't really be a long term treatment

Why are you using cerebrolysin for?
Wikipedia says it is useful in dementia(maybe) but further high quality clinical trials need to be conducted.

large doses of d3 and vit c, meditation and avoiding blue light helped me through the TBI i sustained in 2019 after having a loft door falla nd split my head open.

I really hope you feel well soon man a TBI is such a debilitating process, i really dont wish that on anybody.

GH supposedly helps regrow damaged neurons. Look into gh releasing peptides or gh itself.
