I'm so brainrotted and insecure even chads look underwhelming to me thesedays. I'm in a stage I'm contemplating if even ascension through hardmaxxing would satisfy me. nothing would change id still stay insecure asf. so why even bother looking better.

I'm obsessed with perfection to the point that i notice every flaw even on chads faces and obviously projecting my own insecurities.

Leave the internet for a while and go in nature. (or just do some shrooms in a country where it's legal if you are an adult, in a responsible way and good environment)

nah but I'm considering going to a therapist for all the unresolved trauma
