I know I'm overweight and I'm under 6ft (5'10) just wanting to know if it's as bad as I feel it is(really fucking bad) or if I'm maybe wrong.

Obvioulsy the high boyfat is covering it, so it's hard to see.
Grooming wise, I see significant room for improvements as well.
As far as the balding process goes, I feel you don't have a great face shape to rock the bald look, so maybe a good idea to go battle the balding process of you want to.

The beard is niche, but may appeal to certain kinds/types of women.

lose weight, we can't say much about your underlying bone-structure if it all covered in fat and facial hair
