no, this is kinda extreme but i will eat nothing but veggies only 1 time a day for 2 weeks, im on week 1 already, and after that 5-6 days of water fast

true true, my ascension is next door, not a single sign of acne in my face, contacts are on their way plus NT drippy clothing too that i will be getting soon, already have thick pretty boy hair, this is the last and most important step to my ascension so im kinda happy rn :feelsgood:

Eat lean chicken meat, and some carbs, and lift hard. That way you will completely maintain your muscles and even build some if newbie, while losing bf

they will just spike your insulin and ghrelin levels
just do a long water fast

actually, you lose less muscle when fasting than when eating in a caloric deficit
i know that from a scientific article i dont have it on hand tho

dude don't cut like ur doing rn, ur gonna lose a ton of muscle, so ur still gonna be high bodyfat by the end of it, just smaller
you need to lift and eat protein to preserve as much muscle as possible
-500 deficit at most, -300 ideally, a small lean bulk or recomp would still be ideal but i understand why u wanna cut im doing it too rn
