If you're 15 it's not over yet eat in a caloric surplus always don't think of being lean now you can do that later. Height is for life. And do all the other psedo science on this site. Btw my dad is 194 I spent all my teens sleeping 3-4 hrs a day(gaming all night). If I wasn't a bluepilled retard I would have grown more close to my father's height if not more but I was also fat because I ate 3-4k calories a day so that helped I'm sure. Sleep and calorie intake best way without surgery or side effects. Try the guides on this site using other means idk how effective they are tho.
