Of course, especially water is very harmful. If you put a piece of iron in the water, it will rust. Can you imagine how much damage your body gets?

Fast starchy carbs will make you look like a deformed bloatlord if you don't work out or do cardio.

On a lifting day it's fine to eat white carbs unless you have celiac disease and can't tolerate gluten.

I only avoid white carbs (sugar, pasta, wheat bread) because they give me acne. If you don't get acne from them, they are completely fine to use as workout fuel.

Absolutely, just like sugar, grains/starches. The only exception is potatoes because they contain so much potassium (400mg/100g) which acts as a diuretic. If you eat them unsalted, a moderate amount will actually debloat you.
